Do not activate live customer registration until the operator replaces these draft terms with their identity, effective date, legal entity, jurisdiction and support contact and completes legal review.

What information would be processed

Account email and identity, farm names or labels, animal and feed formulations you choose to save, selected country/currency, billing identifiers, payment status, service logs and customer support correspondence. The browser-based public calculator does not require an account.

Who processes information

When configured, Supabase hosts authentication and database information, Cloudflare hosts the website and request endpoints, and Stripe processes payments (RationWise does not collect raw card details). Operators must identify legal roles, applicable processors, cross-border transfer arrangements and legal bases before launch.

Control and retention

Authenticated users can delete individual saved records in the account workspace. Whole-account deletion, backups and provider-level deletion require a verified support process and a defined retention schedule before launch.

International customers

Privacy requirements vary by jurisdiction (including GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other laws). This draft is not a compliance certification.
